Iron Roof
  • Temporary edge protection scaffolding is erected and a safety harness is used where necessary.
  • Remove any moss, mold, lichen or any debris with a high-pressure water clean.
  • Clean out gutters.
  • External walls and paths are washed down to remove any roof grime.
  • Apply rust treatment to screws or replace if corrosion is too bad.
  • Replace missing screws
    Spot prime any rusty areas with rust treatment.
  • Spray roof with a sealer primer coat.
  • Spray roof with two top coats in color of your choice.
  • Final inspection.
Cement Tile
  • Set up safety harness and assign desirable anchor points.
  • Wash roof to remove any moss, mold, lichen or any debris.
  • Clean out gutters.
  • Gutters, external walls, and paths are washed down to remove any roof grime.
  • Repoint any broken mortar in ridge caps.
  • Replace any broken tiles with spares that you will supply as discussed.
  • Any cracks in tiles will be reinforced with solar flex bonding agent.
  • Spray roof with a high-build sealer coat.
  • Spray roof with two top coats to the color of your choice.
  • Final inspection.
Decramastic Tile
  • Temporary edge protection scaffolding is erected and a safety harness is used where necessary.
  • Remove any moss, mold, lichen or any debris with a high-pressure water clean.
  • Pop out dents in tiles or replace if the damage is severe.
  • Spot prime any rusty areas with rust treatment.
  • Spray roof with a sealer primer coat.
  • Spray roof with high build top coat and rechip tiles.
  • Spray roof with second high build top coat.
  • Final inspection.
